The concierge was utterly clueless about directions. We expected room service and breakfast, but the restaurant was closed! The oversized furniture made our room feel cramped and uncomfortable. We canceled our return stay because we were so dissatisfied.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind. We also found amazing local restaurants and visited Waikiki Wind Spa for some much-needed relaxation. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

A little jewel in Waikiki

From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like family. The spacious room had stunning views that made each sunrise magical. We loved the convenience of being steps away from dining and shopping. Unforgettable!

However, I found it frustrating that the bathroom lighting made it challenging to get ready for our nights out. A little more brightness would have made a world of difference.

We had an awesome 4 nights! The room was super spacious and clean. The shower was fantastic. The rooftop bar was a blast, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the parking situation. it gets tight sometimes.

The room was spacious with modern amenities. Cleaning staff did an incredible job keeping everything tidy. Enjoyed the free beach chairs and umbrellas. they really came in handy. The ice and water machine by the pool is a thoughtful touch. What I found challenging was the pool. It felt more like a spa than a true swimming pool, quite shallow and not very inviting for actual swimming. Additionally, some noisy activities at night from motorbikes were bothersome. Overall, I would consider staying here again but would hope for quieter nights.
